MANAGE YOUR CAFÉ ACCOUNT PROFILE INFORMATION

You can update your account profile information at any time. After you login go to My Profile, edit the fields you wish to update. Questions in bold are required, all others are optional. Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on My Profile.
  3. Edit your email address.
  4. Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IN YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on My Profile.
  3. Edit or change your Password.
  4. Re-type the password to verify that your password was correctly entered.
  5. Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

CHANGE YOUR USERNAME IN YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on My Profile.
  3. Edit or change your Username.
  4. Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ARTISTIC DISCIPLINE

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on My Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled “Artistic Disciplines”
  4. Select from four artistic disciplines that best represent your professional work in the arts. Artistic disciplines help us target call for entry opportunities and notifications specific to your interests.
  5. Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

SUBSCRIBE AND UNSUBSCRIBE FROM SYSTEM NOTIFICATIONS

If you no longer wish to receive notifications of calls for entry and other general CaFÉ emails, you may opt out of the CaFÉ email lists. This setting is available in your profile.

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on My Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled “Communications”
  4. Unselect the orange checkboxes for the notifications you do not want to receive.
  5. Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

HOW TO MANAGE SAVED PAYMENTS

When you purchase an entry fee, the payment information you used will be saved to your CaFÉ account for future payments. You can add, edit, or remove saved payment methods in your profile.

  1. Login to your CaFÉ account
  2. Click on My Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled Saved Payments.
  4. Click Delete next to an existing payment method to remove it from your account.
  5. Click Edit and enter your account password to edit the information of an existing payment method.
  6. Under add a payment method, click on the Card or PayPal options to add a new payment method.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation for any updates made to your saved payments.
