E-Blast Terms of Service* 1. E-blasts will be sent on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays according to the order of reservations made (us national holidays excepted).
2. Limit of two (2) e-blasts per month, per organization can be sent.
3. Reservations must be made no later than five (5) business days prior to the desired send date. The send date cannot be less than five days (5) prior to the application deadline date.
4. Reservation may be denied if any unpaid fees are due to WESTAF at the time of reservation.
5. Reservations will be accepted only for calls that are already live, or confirmed live on or before the scheduled send date.
6. Payment by card and check is accepted. Dates will not be reserved until payment is remitted. Payment by auto deduction is not an option.
7. All fees are non-refundable.
8. We automatically scan and remove duplicate emails. The total number of emails sent may change slightly due to deduplication and user account status.
9. WESTAF cannot be held responsible for any errors on proofs that you sign and accept, or for e-blast sent without proofing, or for email delivery failure.
10. WESTAF reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, specifications, fees, and promotional offers at any time without notice.
